Enable ban users option not working

  • HI guys I have updated ithemes security to the latest version. But I couldn’t turned on Enable ban users option. I tried is several times. After I put the tick mark in front of Enable ban users, I clicked save all changes. But unfortunately It goes to turn off after reload. any suggestion guys. Anybody experiences this?

    please help me. It is a very important feature for me.

    Hi guys I updated it to the 4.2.15 But that issue has not been fixed yet ?? ?? ??

    Hey Anuruddha94,

    Could you try checking for a plugin conflict? Deactivate all other plugins and see if that helps. If it does, then you can reactivate the plugins one by one while attempting to save the option to find the culprit(s), if any.
