Adding column for user not importing

I have another plugin for a memembership site that adds a new user column called Active Products. I looked in the database and this column has a meta key called active_product.

So, in the CSV file I added a new color called active_product and for the user I gave it the value Premium Member. Which is the value that other users have.

But when I import it, that column in the wordpress user area says, “none”

Any idea what I’m doing wrong to add users with this column and value?
