Is the Personal Statistics for Authors plugin any good?

  • I’m searching for a plugin that is able to provide statistics on per author. So far, I haven’t been able to find anything that seems to work very well, and I came across this plugin – Personal Statistics for Authors.

    Has anyone used this plugin, and do you think it’s good? It’s been out for a while but not many have downloaded it. Perhaps it’s a hidden gem?

  • el_ganadores, I’ve been searching for the same type of plug in and have installed this one, connected to my Google acct. But I dont see any data, or any way to activate,..?

    Hi Steve,

    I think I tried it, found that the plugin didn’t really work/suit me and moved on to something else. To be honest I haven’t really found anything that does the right job though. Good luck in your plugin search if this one didn’t work!

    I still have Personal Statistics for Authors plugin installed, but still now showing any data. I thought maybe it might take awhile to populate/resolve, etc.

    In the meantime I did find another plug in (User Stats) that seems to work, but it seems to only track/display data moving forward from time of install.

    Didn’t seem to work well when I used it, but that was a couple of months ago.

    I also tried the SlickRemix premium plugin and set payment to zero, but found that didn’t work long term either.

    Thanks for getting back with your information Steve. I’ll have a look at the User Stats plugin for future projects!
