    I think the problem is in this sentence;

    all in one simple plugin for wordpress speed optimization

    I’m afraid AO is not an all-in-one optimization plugin, as it does not do page caching or … CDN. The CDN in AO is only applicable to JS and CSS (and background images in CSS). AO is best when combined with e.g. WP Super Cache, which does page caching and which does provide CDN-functionality (also for multiple CDN-domains).
