build ignores scanned files, only includes sql. no error

Not 100% sure on that one… Maybe a permissions issue? Check the scan.json report and see what the path look like in that file. That might give us some clues…

Same here, it’s been a week.

Where is located that report?

There are two ways to review the scan report:

1. On the Settings page enable Package Debug Status, then open the details of the package you tried to create and click ‘Open Scan Report’
2. FTP to the plugins storage (wp-snapshots) directory and look for a file like {hashcode}_scan.json

Once inside look for the ARC > Dirs/Files Paths and validate they look good. If they look good then it might be related to either a permissions issue or possibly the alias issue.

You may need to check with your server admin and see if the PHP process owners permissions are capable of pushing files that are outside of the wp-snapshots folder into a ZipArchive file.

Never had this issue reported before so I’m not 100% sure why its happening in your environment…

Sorry but i can’t say why it works now. Didn’t do anything but go home friday and switch on computer monday morning.

Confirming this again. I basically have to reboot my machine each time before i create the snapshot. I typically do this after a whole day of work, so there is much room for possible causes.

Only thing I could think of is that somehow a process is locking on the files or directory at some point in time. Once you reboot the lock is lifted again and then something else happens… Since its your local machine you may just try restarting Apache and see if that fixes it vs restarting the CPU…
