Page not found error on Amazon. Works fabulously on Local

It works fabulously on localhost, but I get “Page not Found” error on production site, I use Amazon EC2. I have had same error in previous version and was hopeful that new version would somehow manage to get it running, but it didn’t.
I have tried tips and tricks suggested on forums. Uninstalling, deleting and reinstalling.
Unlike in localhost no new pages are created, so no wonder pages are not found. Tried manually creating pages, but I get either multiple redirects or page not found.
I have also tried shifting entire working installation of WP from localhost to Amazon, but it doesn’t work (I didn’t shift the DB just the WP installation files along with plugin).
It is sad that I am using custom login page plugin when I can have awesome “TML” but it just doesn’t work.
