Error on Easy cart admin plugin

  • I’m getting an error on the easy cart admin plugin on the backend, in the Store admin option. Here’s the error “There was a network communications error while attempting to process your request.

    This may be a result of the EasyCart connection not being setup properly, or an Internet connectivity issue or interuption.

    Returned Fault: NetConnection.Call.BadVersion”

    Anyone can explain why this’s happening and if there’s a fix for it?
