Buddydrive Multisite sub domain buddypress issue

Hello,
I have a multi site and I have defined in my wp-config file: define ( ‘BP_ROOT_BLOG’, 2 ); since that is my sub-site which houses my buddypress. Now, buddypress is network activated but the main site which has all member profile modules etc. is the #2 sub-site.
The issue that I have is that I activated buddydrive as network activate and the option to select the page where “Buddy Drive” will be on Settings > Buddypress > Pages does not appear (just activity, register etc.). I deactivated it (per the warning I saw) and only activated it on sub-site #2 but since it is not the “main” primary site, the option for Buddydrive to select a page still doesn’t come up. If I remove define ( ‘BP_ROOT_BLOG’, 2 ); the option does come up but then it defeats my entire sites set-up since I have everything on sub-site #2.
Basically what I am asking is if there is anyway to “force” the selection to be shown, or if I can edit the selection input via php files, a function, or even php?
