How to Change Pink Header Text on Categories

    I know how to change the pink header content pretty church anywhere on the site EXCEPT on the categories page. Like if I choose to have one of my menu tabs link to a category called “Tips,” here’s what the page looks like (btw, I removed the “Category Archive: Tips.”:
