plugin creates 400.000 – 500.000 files within days!!!

That happens when the plugin stores all of the cached files and doesn’t properly delete them. Check your setting and see how long it is set to cache objects. Make sure it’s not a ridiculously long time. Also check your garbage collection time. If it’s only set to delete expired cache once a month, it could easily build up files.
