When I submit it, Its not going to my email

Can you check the emails are not going to a spam folder?

I checked my spam folder mate. It’s not there.. If you can make video tutorial, life would be so much easier to most of us.

Please tell me what you think my problem is. I didnt do anything different..

I can confirm this issue. It does not send an auto reply. I cannot make the form send the mail froma contact form directly to our main email either, its only possible to view entries in WordPress it self. Isnt it possible to make a contact form using this plugin?

I’ve just installed the plugin a few hours ago, and it sends emails alright (both as notification, and as auto-reply) to two of my accounts (one of them on gmail). The third account fails, but I know that’s a persisting problem it has with any messages from my WP website.

There’re a lot of variables to the process of sending emails – have you checked if some other plugin can successfully do that from your website?

Same problem, emails not being sent regardless of account. I updated to latest version today.

The data does show correctly in Caldera Forms in WP, but does not email.

I use the WordPress wp_mail function to send the emails. If they are not going out, there may be something else at play. Do standard WordPress notifications (new comment, new user) emails go out fine?

For sending emails, I highly recommend WP SMTP Mail CONFIG This allows you to setup SMTP details so that your emails go out through a true mailbox.
I’m using it with Mandril https://mandrillapp.com/ and really helps.

I will do my best though to find the issue and solve it if I can.

I have the same issue. I also try using WP SMTP Mail CONFIG and set the SMTP config. The SMTP test mail is working but when I try the form submission, it’s still not sent to the recipients mail.

@mfajar, is your email setup correctly? what is your sending address domain? when it fails, what is the receiving address domain? which smtp server do you use?

Ok, is there any updates on this issue. I am having this problem with my forms not getting submitted as well?

@kfranklin – what have you got set as the From Email and From Name?
