Searches Suddenly Have Problems

    I’m a somewhat amateur admin for a friend’s agent site and suddenly the searches aren’t accurate within the posts, but if you click through to the “advanced” screen, they are actually correct. I’m not explaining this well, probably, but here’s an example.

    Click the link for Gilbert Homes with private Pools, https://agentjulia.com/gilbert-homes-with-private-pools/

    This returns 1,293 results, many of which do not match the search criteria. If you click the link for “Advanced Search Homes in Gilbert with Pools” at the top of the page, it takes you to the Flex site and shows 346 results, which is actually correct.

    I can’t for the life of me figure out why it’s wrong within the site but accurate on the flexmls site.

    Am I being an idiot here, and missing something obvious? It was working fine a week ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Could you provide me the shortcode you are using on that Gilbert Hoomes w/ private pools page? This will help me figure out why there is a difference in the numbers. If email is better, send to mattf at flexmls dot com

    You may also want to take a look at the saved search criteria you’ve set for gilbert homes with pools.
