Problem with wysiwyg editor and Ocean Mist 1.1 theme

Is anyone here using Ocean Mist 1.1 theme and the WYSIWYG editor from MudBomb.com?
It seems that whenever I put in a smiley face using the editor at the end of a sentence, the smiley face just will not appear on the same sentence I placed it in.
It will just move itself to another line, and somehow shifts the next sentence a tab forward…messing up the paragraph.
Is anyone have this issue and any solution to this?
I know posting URLs is not allow here, but can I just direct you to my blog to see the problem first hand?
