How to use selective Social Sharing Websites?

Hi,

I like your plugin, looks good but I have a problem. I only want Facebook, Twitter, Google+ Linked In. Rest all I want to remove it. How to do it?

Also your plugin is not coming in the end of the onetone onepage theme. I have kept the code in the end but still it displays above graph.
