hook/filter to add DONOTCACHEPAGE

Hi all,
Trying to add the DONOTCACHEPAGE header to single productpages of woocommerce/Canvas child theme to resolve some issues I am having with Redis. Cannot get this working with addfilter on wp_head or woo_head.
Can someone point me to the right hook/filter to use?
