Products clicked on don't show up on Amazon reports.

Hi, so I had this product installed and it worked great, and then my amazon affiliation was rejected due to a typo in the sites name.
So I reapplied and was successful, I then swapped out the keys in the tool, and all of the products are appearing on the page properly.
HOWEVER, now, when someone clicks on one of these products it does not show up in the amazon report that shows items clicked when I could have sworn that before it did, any ideas how to fix this?
