Categories / Listed with parentheses

  • Hello — in the sidebar widget, we want the Category then the number of articles written under that category. For example:

    Low Back Pain (14)
    Headaches (5)
    Tendinitis (2)

    plugin? code?

    we’re presently using a drop down menu plugin but would rather have all of the categories displayed (like the way “Archives” is displayed)

  • There is a checkbox in the categories widget for ‘Show post counts’. That should be all you need to do to have the post count show.

    Unless of course you’re using a different type of widget for that??
