Tutorial on Migration from qTranslate to mqTranslate

pptrance_getlanguge function for qtranslate but for mqtranslatw which function we will used ? because i have fatal error like undefined function pptrance_getlanguge() using mqtranslate. please help me

when i hover on language icon, tooltip is not display like English or Norwgerian language. so what can i do for that ?
