Blocking a user on front end

    Is there a way or code I can add to a php file, to allow users on the front end to block other users? For example, if a user is receiving messages from another user and wants to block them.

    If this can only be done through code, please advise the code and where/in what php file to place it.

    In back end admin can block any user.
    from front end user can block all user to send message to him/her.

    if you want a option to block specific user from front end by any user i have to make a option.

    u can ask for paid support if u need that option.
