Adding hyperlinks

I have looked through the FAQ’s and did some searching on Google but haven’t been able to find the answer. I want to put ‘Click here’ where the ‘here’ would be a hyperlnk to a URL. I found some info which said I could use the ‘insert/edit’ link in the bar on the write post page but this button is greyed out.

This is my first attempt at a blog so I am feeling my way. If I need to use some code i’m afaraid I would also need instructions for this.
