adding subfields in the form

    Hi sugurkarthik,

    I’m not exactly sure I understand what you’re asking for here. We have a field description, which depending on your theme, sometimes gets displayed underneath the label or to the right of the field. That’s really all we have. There’s no other way to get field-to-field associations or have sub labeling beyond that unless you start hacking the plugin yourself.

    For example we have url field in the form fields right? In that you have a field called URL and a sub field called link text..the same way i want to add for my contact details..

    Contact Details (Title)
    Contact name : field
    Contact number : field

    How can i add more fields like that..

    Hi sugurkarthik,

    No, we don’t currently support that. You’ll have to hack the plugin yourself to handle that.
