:p It may not have worked for DarKr0x at those particular times and locations. The most useful to find out whether the website is using a distributed theme will be in the style.css file or if it exists the readme.txt file.
The readme.txt could (there is no should) be in the root directory, e.g. https://www.lifehack.org/readme.txt
The style.css file will be found in the “themes” directory, and you can find the URL to that directory by right clicking on the page and selecting ‘View source’. Then a popup window of the code of the Webpage will appear and you can search for the text “themes/” to find an example of its URL in use.
That website however has nothing useful in its style.css file, suggesting the theme developer does not want to share us that information and so we’ll never know whether the site was built using a distributed theme unless they disclose it.
