CSS Problem?

First of all, great idea for a plug in, absolutely love it! Really helps out for our purposes, being a small local band that’s big on remixing!

I seem to be having what looks like a CSS issue when I embed the plugin code on the page. The “Submit” page works fine, as you can see here, however the “Submissions” page looks like it’s breaking from the code, as you can see here.

I’m pretty new to all of this, so I’m not sure how I would go about fixing it. Any help is greatly appreciated!
