Checkout Loop due to Shipping Error

Hi All,
This is an issue I have found elsewhere but the fix doesn’t work for me. Hoping for other ideas.
So when I get to checkout I get “Please select one of the available shipping options, then we can process your order.”
I hid the shipping calculator when I set the site up over a year ago as we only use flat rate on all orders so no need for anything and it wasn’t obvious to customers that they needed to press calculate before proceeding.
I have tried updating to WPecommerce 3.8.14.1 but that hasn’t fix the problem … any ideas?
Link to site is https://www.tsds.org.uk, this is a live site. Go to SHOP and then you will see the items. The badges work…as they have free shipping (the only item) … everything else is flat rate and doesn’t work.
Advice much appreciated.
