  • Hey there,

    1. You can change a user’s level via the pmpro_changeMembershipLevel() function. It takes 2 parameters – the level ID, and the user ID. If no user ID is passed, it will use the current user.

    2. Yes, when a user’s subscription is cancelled at PayPal, their membership will be cancelled in PMPro as well, as long as everything is set up correctly.
