Unable to edit page

  • Hi all,

    Hopefully someone can help me!

    When I click “edit page” I am taken to the usual editing dashboard for the page, but the box where all of the graphics and text for that page is completely empty. I have no idea why this is the case since the page I am trying to edit is filled with photos and text. Help!

  • Hi, Sarah,

    I recommend that you disable all your plugins. This will tell you if there are any plugin conflicts.

    If the issue goes a way , enable your plugins one by one to see which one is causing the error.

    I am having the same issue! I don’t even know how to go about disabling the plugins when that is blank as well. please help.
