Hupso Buttons Not On New Line

My installation of Hupso buttons has never worked correctly with my custom theme. If the last item on a page or post has a <div> the “Share” graphic is placed on the right side and the remaining buttons are placed on a new line below the <div>.

Here is a screenshot of what is happening. Notice the “Share” on the right side of the <div>.
