Facebook thumbnail wonky — how can I set it to featured image?

Hi there,
I am trying to make all my posts automatically pull the featured image as the thumbnail when sharing on FB. It’s been pulling completely random images from my related & popular posts and I can’t seem to get it to pull the actual featured image. Help? Thanks!
