Guest author archive page – incorrect title tag

I have an issue with the <title> tag on the guest author’s archive page. At the moment the name of the User who has published the post is being outputted as the page title, not the guest author.

Here is an example (Haiyan Wang is the guest author):
https://insight.amcham-shanghai.org/author/haiyan-wang/

Is there a way to change this?
