Can't find the HTML code displayed through "Inspect Element" (Chrome)

    I googled like hell but can’t find a proper answer..
    I am using the WordPress template Onetone.

    As I want to do deeper changes but I am not that fit in php I discovered the great “Inspect Element” function of my Google Chrome. It shows me the website as HTML code and I can handle this.

    Obviously it does not save any changes.

    And as I already understood are there only *.php files and no *.html files..
    But now I desperately search a file reflecting the code google chrome displays me to do my changes!

    Would appreciate every help..
