How to customize footer in child theme

Hi, i am using customizr theme. And i uploaded child theme. Everything is ok but i jut want to know how can i change footer text in footer. I can not find any footer file in child theme folder. Only function.php and style.css files are there. I want to change “Designed by Themes & Co” text and replace my name. In parent theme(footer) i don’t see any text containing “Designed by Themes & Co” How can i do this in my child theme?
