    Hi,
    for the spreadsheet:
    You write: “Make sure that the column title names are the same as the field names for orders (ex: Name, Number, Status, etc.),…”.

    Are the field names given in the Options:
    Order Number
    Name
    Status
    Updated Date
    Notes
    Status Graphic
    ??
    Can I add/change the field names? I have an Excel sheet of a client with some more information/columns. How can I show this information?

    Hi,

    The columns that can be uploaded right now are:

    Number
    Name
    Status
    Display
    Public Notes
    Private Notes
    Email

    There’s not any way to display additional information about an order other than by using the “Public Notes” at the moment.

    Is it possible to rename in the front-end e.g. Order Number in ID-Number or Order Name in Product Name?

    Right now, you could create a custom translation to do that, but we’ll plan on adding custom labels in our next upgrade.

    Order Tracking ShortCode:
    Could you provide a shortcode to be inserted into the Tracking-form,please?

    Hi Mikejake,

    I’m not sure I quite understand what you are asking.
    The tracking-form shortcode currently accepts attributes that can specify the label for the field and the value of the submit button with the attributes “order_field_text” and “submit_text” respectively.

    Is that what you’re looking for?
