Is it possible to capture WordPress assigned URLS in addtion to Permalinks

You have a great product.

I have the need to also capture the number of hits on many of my WordPress assigned URLs which have question marks and lots of numbers in them. So my question is, is there way way for Linker to capture hits for those URLs, in addition to capturing the hits for created permalinks? I would think a lot of people, like myself would have the need for that. I can explain my reasoning why if needed. Thank You.
