Virtue Theme: Cannot upload logo

Seems this wasn’t posted in the authors forums:

So they might not see it.

Also, you didn’t mention if it was their free version or the premium one:

Has this never worked?

Have you checked for plugin conflicts? i.e. does it work with all plugins turned off?
