Social Publisher Problem?

Hi all, seeking help here with Social Publisher.
The problem I have is with my writers not being able to Publish to their timelines.
The writers in question have connected their Facebook properly, as they are displayed as connected via the Facebook debugger.
When I choose to start a new post for myself (admin) it displays the dialog box to publish to my timeline.
However, when the article it changed to the author’s username who has facebook connected via their profile, the dialog box disappears leaving only the dialog box to publish to facebook page as opposed to facebook page and users facebook timeline.
This problem also occurs when the a user who has facebook connected opens a new post for submission, the user dialog box is missing?
Anyone know what is causing this problem?
