Cannot access website – warning message: NextGen not valid

  • When we try to access our website, we get the message:

    We see the problem described online, but don’t see the solution. Is it a problem with the version of NextGen and can we replace it? How would we do this? Appreciate any help!

    We don’t know how to determine the version of WordPress.

    This website was developed for us and we have minimal knowledge of WordPress. It is not a high-use website, but was working fine a couple of months ago.
