please see my website and navigate to the bottom, you will see that in the very bottom of it, there’s a white background with a text “FE5020B1-480F-4BC2-B32E-D5C165662D97”

I don’t know what it is and I can’t find a way to removed it. Please help!

    I still see it,

I want to display a screenshot here but it seems that I can’t find any upload function here.

Well, thanks for the response anyway.

Rather than post a screenshot here, you could briefly put it up in your website gallery, then put a link here.

I too can’t see the problem you describe.
Which browser are you using ?
I also suggest that you install firebug for the firefox browser, it is superb at showing where content comes from and how your website gets composed.

Here’s the link to the image:

Below the footer where the All Rights Reserved bla bla bla

There’s an additional space with a white background and a text “FE5020B1-480F-4BC2-B32E-D5C165662D97”

It appears in some wordpress website including mine, but it doesn’t appear here on www.ads-software.com, it doesn’t appear on youtube, facebook, gmail etc.

it seems that its only appear in some wordpress platform website, I’m not sure or maybe it’s just on my browser or something,

could anyone has the same problem with mine here?
I do really appreciate any help.

    Thanks in advance!

I still cannot see it on your website.
Can you do a text search on all your files for “FE5020B1”, if you can find it, this will pinpoint the theme or plugin which is guilty.
Apart from that all I can suggest is that you install firebug.

    Have you tried:

    – deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).

    – switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or PhpMyAdmin. Sometimes, an apparently inactive plugin can still cause problems.

Also try deactivating your browser addons
