Custom Widget works and suddenly disappears – all blank

I customize widget (using Simple ver 1.1.6)- it seems working … after some time, I go to pages and both footer and sidebars are empty.
If I go in admin to the to widget customize page all the widget have disappeared from left & frim custom sidebars and moved as unused widget to the bottom left in the unused areas. I can try reposition them … seems works but after some time it diasppear. The front end has indeed back to blank footer and sidebar.
It is driving me crazy. I am not sure it depends on simple, could be wordpress 3.9.1. But before it was not happenening ..
What can I do ? HELP !
