Possible to roll back to a specific day ?

  • I was wondering if it is possible to roll back to a specific date I was publishing my entire site of WordPress ?

    So.. I do have a small website, with about 10 pages and 10 posts.

    Let’s say I would like to have the exact status, look and feel, content etc. I had two weeks ago… can I basically tell WordPress – go back to that specific date and ignore the latest updates I made ?

    Would be great to know.. thank you so much for any little help !

  • Check with your host. Sometimes they can do this.

    if I just changed a few posts.. wouldn’t it be possible to use revisions ?

    I mean.. can I load a revision from one post ?

    You should be able to go to that particular post, and on the right hand side under Publish you can Browse your revisions. Once you click on Browse there is a bar at the top where you can see all the revisions made. You should also be able to compare any two revisions by clicking on the checkbox, which will allow you to choose two different versions.
