extra space below footer

Great plugin and thanks for sharing it..It is everything I need.. On my site when i activate the plugin it appears at the top right as it should., however there is a big space added below the footer that contains the actual form that is only visible for a second when i refresh the page. to be clear–The form appears at the top like it should too–so it is in 2 places just not visible below the footer in the space it creates till i refresh . If i activate the plugin and click the newsletter button to call the form the box at the bottom goes away–till I refresh or visit the page again–then the space [with no form visible] till i refresh is back
I made a screencast video of it happening, because it is confusing as hell to explain. if you want to look let me know where to send the link–and access if you want to look around..Thanks
