Site went bonkers on me

  • https://zoogaloos.net/paw/ <—-That is our current website that a few of us have been working on. Now, i’m not the original creator of the site, but i’m an admin. Today sometime one of the other admins was editing the page and what you see on our site is the result. It’s stuck looking like that, and i cant change anything. When i log in, normally at the top of the page i get the admin toolbar and can click on it to bring up the admin page where i can edit the site. But, in the websites current state, the admin options pop up at the very bottom of the screen and when i click any of the options it just basically refreshes the webpage. I cant’ edit or change anything, and the website looks awful. Can some please help me figure this out so we can fix whatever happened. Thanks for any assistance.

  • This is what I would do, to try and fix it. Note the word TRY.
    Firstly have you the latest version of wordpress installed. Is the theme and plugins all up to date.
    I noticed you have the login page diverted to the front page.

    I would, using FTP, change the name of your theme, for example put the figure 1, in the name, that should divert the theme to the WP default theme. See then if the site has come back normal (with the default theme) If it has it was the theme that was causing the problem.
    If it has not I would, again using ftp, change the name of all the plugins, that will turn the plugins off, but keep them installed, again see if the site has come back normal, if it has its one of the plugins that is causing the problem.
