• When modal opens, “spokes” of color I chose appear very briefly, then disappear, and modal opens as though I had chosen “off” for this option.

I tried deactivating all my other plugins, but that does not fix it.

I have no site you can link to yet – still developing this on my own computer using XAMPP.

    Hello WPwalt11

    I dont get your problem…

    what briefly means?

Thank you for such a quick response!

The basic problem is that in the “Loading Image” setting, no matter which color or size image I choose, the modal appears without it.

In the folder assets/images/loading the many gifs of various colors and sizes look (to me) like the spokes of a wheel. As the modal is loading, one of those appears for only about a second. – (Sorry – my “briefly” could have meant anything.)

The modal works and looks great without the image, but I posted this thinking it may be a key to some other problem (The “Draggable” setting causes problems, but I’ll leave that for another post.)

    Thanks again.

When you hit the “modal” link the dialog opens with the loading image inside and after the request is finished the image goes off and the content takes place…. this is how it works…

you said that the images is showing for only a sec…
when it goes off you see the content or you have a small period between image goes out and content goes in?

Do you have the latest wordpress and plugin version?

Sorry but if i cant see the issue and re-produce it how can i help better!!!

    Thank you…

I do have the latest WordPress & plugin versions.
Some day I hope to have the site out there where you can see it. In any case, the modal looks great & works well without the image frame.

Thanks for taking the time that you already have.

Ok here is what we can do…

If its something that you can show me with printscreen do it..
Also can you check dev’s tool console of the browser to check for any errors?
Finally if you want support through teamviewer i can do it… no problem..

I havent already understand if the content is showing after the image…

    Thank you

Can’t show you with printscreen, but have checked for errors using Firebug in Firefox and it does not show any errors.

I much appreciate your help, but will not take your time for teamviewer yet. There are some other things I want to try first, but will leave this topic open.
