View log isn't working, Backup isn't working

I get a message on all my WordPress pages saying:
iThemes Security has noticed a change to some files
When I select the view logs or the dismiss warning it doesn’t do anything. I also noticed the backups aren’t being performed. Is there some way I can send you a zip of all my settings so you can see what might be configured incorrectly?Thank you,
