Link Buttons not working

Hello all,
I recently switched to the Arcade theme when suddenly my link buttons stopped working. I have a whole page of them here: https://anastasgalleryusa.com/press/
When I click on the link, no page is opened, despite the fact that a button does indeed appear. The code I’m using is:

Is there a problem with this?
