Yes sure, just tag your portfolio items so that you can differentiate between them, and then use the tag attribute in the shortcode to display each desired set in whatever page you want.
Basically you can paste the “waving” shortcode and define different tags to get different views as many times as you want.
Example, if you have portfolio items tagged with “city center”, you can view this specific set solely using the following shortcode:
[waving width=”200″ theme=”light” all=”0″ showCat=”true”
tag=”[city-center or City Center or cITY Center]” /]
