genealogy table lookup

    I am working on a website for a Historical Society. On one page, they want to have a field where a viewer can enter a surname. The plugin would then search a table to find a match, and report the match or matches so the viewer can fill out an application to receive all the data of the search. I understand the table can be saved under a number of different programs.
