Disable Animations on non supported Devices/Browsers

Hi,
is there any way to disable the animation shortcode for example on Android Chrome or any Browser that doesn’t support these animations?
Cause they don’t work and the content just shows up without animation after the defined delay, but only if you scoll over it. So you “overscrolled” it and it appears outside your view. Some users never see the content, cause they scolled over them and where faster then the delay …
Is it understandable what i want to say? Hard to describe ??
