Galleries and Albums seen as normal blog posts

  • just installed this plugin for the first time.

    the problem I’m experiencing is that galleries and albums (Bought the extra add on) are seen as blog posts, not as custom post types at the front end. post page stays blanc. Whenever I insert a Gallery into a page via shortcode it works perfect.

    What can this be?

    When you say Post page stays blank what do you mean. Are you unable to use the shortcode in your posts?
