Moving a website with no access to myphpadmin & mySQL on new host

  • Hi,

    I’ve made a website for the company I work for here matthew-watson.co.uk hosted on godaddy, I want to transfer the website to the companies domain but the current hosts don’t have a control panel so I don’t have access to phpmyadmin and mysql which it tells me to use on the tutorials i’ve been following. Is there another way around this problem without using the phpmyadmin and mysql applications.
