Homepage displaying twice on load

Hi, my homepage is displaying twice on page load and it seems to be a page within a page. Once the page has finished loading the second page disappears. I have never seen this before. I have checked on pingdom.com and all looks okay. All other pages seem to load okay. Has anyone else experienced this problem or has some suggestions on how to resolve it.
